JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Help clients identify their ideal travel package based on their requirements.
  • Regularly maintain a good relationship with our customers.
  • Provide all relevant and essential information to the tourists regarding their travel like weather, itinerary, maps.
  • Sell the appropriate tour package to the right customer.
  • Negotiate any customizations or modifications requested and accommodate to the best level possible.
  • Reach the sales and revenue targets.
  • You are expected to drive the sales (customer acquisitions/bookings) and engagement (customer retention).
  • Execute the B2C sales strategy to achieve/exceed targets (from lead generation to deal closure).
  • Be the voice of the customer in the team – communicate issues faced with the customers to the relevant team-member and actively work to resolve them.
  • Find and coordinate with vendors for different travel services offered by company.

REQUIREMENT:

  • Experience in Travel Company (Preferred)
  • Self-starter with excellent communication skills
  • Excellent Sales Skills
  • Street-smart problem solver
  • Ability to find leads, make alliances and build long term customer relationships.
  • Customer centric approach

SALARY:

  • ₹10,000 to ₹20,000 Per Month + Incentive
