JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Help clients identify their ideal travel package based on their requirements.
- Regularly maintain a good relationship with our customers.
- Provide all relevant and essential information to the tourists regarding their travel like weather, itinerary, maps.
- Sell the appropriate tour package to the right customer.
- Negotiate any customizations or modifications requested and accommodate to the best level possible.
- Reach the sales and revenue targets.
- You are expected to drive the sales (customer acquisitions/bookings) and engagement (customer retention).
- Execute the B2C sales strategy to achieve/exceed targets (from lead generation to deal closure).
- Be the voice of the customer in the team – communicate issues faced with the customers to the relevant team-member and actively work to resolve them.
- Find and coordinate with vendors for different travel services offered by company.
REQUIREMENT:
- Experience in Travel Company (Preferred)
- Self-starter with excellent communication skills
- Excellent Sales Skills
- Street-smart problem solver
- Ability to find leads, make alliances and build long term customer relationships.
- Customer centric approach
SALARY:
- ₹10,000 to ₹20,000 Per Month + Incentive
