My experience has been very bad because there was no proper communication with the agency, neither with the hotel with the coordinator. As soon as they got the money, that's it.Then they have nothing to do with the customer so they make full payment in advance.Then it doesn't matter what you say.I took the package but apart from that they also pay exter money .I talked to their agent Neha or senior agent Rahul or their travel codinter Jagdish but no support from anyone So Everyone should do complete inquiry before purchasing any package.But I like hotel sarvice and hotel staff and hotel also good
